The Culture Department at the Ministry of Culture and Sports organizes an artistic meeting through which a set of issues regarding the fields of plastic art will be discussed in cooperation with the Visual Arts Centre, Faculty of Applied Arts, Advertising Techniques Department as well as the Faculty of Fine Arts, Wasit University.  The main topic of the remotely held session is entitled: “Educational Outputs in the Arts Program and Requirements of the labour market”.  During this session scheduled for this evening at nine o’clock on Instagram, speakers will discuss many matters regarding the fields of arts education. Furthermore, They will discuss the ability of art students to be present in the scene after completing their studies, according to what the labour market makes available. A number of Arab scholars and academics, including Dr. Sami Ali, Dean of Wasit University, and Plastic artist Salman Al-Malik, Director of the Visual Arts Centre are expected to conduct the workshop. The speakers also include Dr. Rashid Diab, plastic artist and founder of Rashid Diab Centre for Arts in Sudan, Jawaher Al-Badr, Head of the Culture Department at the Ministry of Culture and Sports, Dr. Maysoon Kazem Modira and Uday Ismail as the moderator. The Ministry of Culture will hold a similar session each month. The next is scheduled to be held in conjunction with the Yarmouk University.
