Sports Services
The MCS e-portal provides a range of electronic services for issuing and renewing sport licenses to practice commercial activities in the sports sector as well as organize local and international sporting events. It also allows users to submit their requests electronically and upload all required documents in order to be reviewed by the MCS staff and approved subsequently. Following that, the user is notified that the document is ready through a text message so that he is able to collect it from the Public Service Center at the Ministry Office.
Sports Licensing Section -Sports Affairs Department
The Sports Licensing Section – Sports Affairs Department at the Ministry of Culture and Sports issues licenses necessary to engage in commercial activities in the sports sector, via MCS e-portal, by selecting the required commercial activities. For example:
- Licenses and services:
1. Request to issue a license for sports centers and clubs (commercial).
2. Request to issue a license for managing sports establishments and facilities.
3.Request to issue a license to sports centers (commercial).
4.Request to issue a license for sports academies (commercial).
5.Request to issue a license for sports cadres’ training centers.
6.Request to issue a license for sports marketing and investment.
7.Request to issue a license to pledge for organizing sporting events.
8.Request to issue a license for the activity of sports club companies (commercial).
Furthermore, the Sports Licensing Section – Sports Affairs Department at the Ministry of Culture and Sports issues licenses for organizing sporting events in the State, via MCS e-portal, by selecting the required type of sporting event as follows:
•Local sporting event
•International sporting event
