The Centre for visual Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Sports has unveiled the launch of a new training program entitled “Anime Characters” on the 13th, 14th and 15th of September. It will be presented by the artist Hamad Al-Mutawa, through whom he will learn about the art of anime, and the steps of drawing his characters step by step, with its application on leather covers for mobile phones. in addition to making known the areas that can be used by using this kind of art in practice. The workshop requires early registration to ensure enrollment due to the limited numbers that will be directed to them. The workshop will be held on the above-mentioned dates, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from five to seven in the evening in Al-Aziziya. This course is part of the training center program that is scheduled to continue until mid-September within the evets of Doha, the capital of culture in the Islamic world.  It is noteworthy that yesterday witnessed the launch of the “Expressions” workshop presented by the artist Wissam Radwan, which included learning about the prominent engraving method on the waxed mold and the various engraving tools and inking the molds until September 15.
