On Saturday, Al-Jasra Salon hosts the artist, Mohamed Al-Marri, to talk about the Qatari song between black and white.
Al-Marri will touch on several axes, foremost of which is the composition of the musical band, the first band to record the songs of Qatari singers in 1968 after the emergence of Qatar Radio, and some of the names that were contemporary to the musical groups, and the composers who were contemporary to the Qatari song.
It will also discuss the quality of the studios in which Qatari songs were recorded and a comparison between them and today (The quality of the song between today and yesterday), the stages of development of the Qatari song, and the relationship of the Qatari song to different eras.
