The main theater in Darb Al Saai witnessed the holding of a new symposium entitled “Experiences of Foreigners Who Lived in Qatar”, which came as part of the activities of the National Day 2022.

The symposium was attended by Mr. Riyad Bakali, a community activist and founder of “The Next Generation” group, and Dr. Hassan Konhi, Chairman and CEO of “MedTech”, and it was presented by journalist and writer Dr. Abdullah Faraj Al Marzouqi.

Dr. Al-Marzouqi began the seminar by introducing the two guests, their experiences in Qatar, and their efforts to achieve the construction and development that the country is experiencing.

Dr. Abdullah Faraj confirmed that the State of Qatar is keen to open up to various cultures and enhance communication between the peoples of the world, especially the different nationalities residing on its land.

On his part, Dr. Hassan Kunhi pointed out to what the State of Qatar provides to its people in terms of security and stability, and its spread of peace and tolerance. He saluted the State of Qatar, its wise leadership, and its people for their efforts in this regard.

He said: Thanks to the facilities of the State of Qatar, Qatar was able to establish a school that provides a high-quality education, in which generations of several nationalities graduated.

He added by saying that we are proud to offer a distinguished level of education to about 38 nationalities, and therefore we are the only Indian school in Qatar that offers its educational curricula to all nationalities, not just to Indians.

He continued by saying that: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has provided us with great support, based on the distinguished educational level that the State of Qatar enjoys.

He pointed out that in light of his residence and his family in Qatar, this is a source of great and lasting happiness for him. He praised his stay in Qatar during this good atmosphere, in which Qatar is witnessing the success of this exceptional edition of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

As for Mr. Riabkali, he said that: Security and peace in the State of Qatar are unparalleled in the world, and that he and his family live in them as a reality.

He continued: The matter does not stop at this point only, but goes beyond it to other advanced aspects that Qatar is witnessing, at various levels and fields, including the educational, health and social fields, other than what it enjoys in the field of infrastructure.

He stressed that the State of Qatar was able to achieve all this progress and development during a short period, and that while it was concerned with supporting and caring for citizens, it also did not neglect the care of residents, and this care extended to tourists coming to it, while reflecting that Qatar is a tourist destination par excellence for all visitors from all countries of the world.
