The main stage of the activities of the National Day of the State 2022 in Darb Al-Saai, at its permanent headquarters in Umm Salal, witnessed a symposium entitled “The Role of Youth in Developing the Present and Shaping the Future”, in which Mr. It was presented by writer Kaltham Abdel-Rahman.
The attendees of the symposium emphasized the importance of Darb Al-Saai activities, as they represent a great importance in linking the current generation with its heritage, in order to enhance the national identity, and to confirm the legacy of this heritage, from which they start to build the future.
For his part, Mr. Jaber Al-Arq stressed that the State of Qatar always creates success, because its youth did not abandon their past in shaping the present and future of the country. He said: What we are witnessing from the activities of the National Day of the State in Darb Al-Saai comes with youthful hands, just as what we are witnessing on the ground in terms of activities and events are all of the making of this generation.
He added that this generation excelled and excelled in everything it accomplished, and that same generation shone when it linked the ancient past to the present reality, and through this link it excelled for the sake of the future, which will be brighter.
Mr. Jaber Al-Arq stressed that the State of Qatar excelled globally by linking the past to the present, and that future generations will talk about what the current generation is doing, when the youth linked the past to the present, to excel in the future.
For her part, the journalist, Amal Abdulmalik, stressed the need to preserve the ancient heritage that the State of Qatar abounds in, as well as preserving customs and traditions and transferring all this legacy to future generations.
She said: This is what is happening now, as it appears from the momentum of the National Day activities in Darb Al-Saai. She appreciated the role of the Ministry of Culture in organizing these events. She added that the Ministry plays a major role in holding the activities of the National Day of the State, which comes this year in a distinctive way, and in a different location, with a distinguished legacy.
She added that the names that Darb Al-Shai activities carry link the current generation with its ancient heritage and culture, which makes it a great opportunity to introduce the current generation to that deep-rooted culture, and that great heritage that the State of Qatar abounds in, whether it is at the level of arts or crafts, or others.
The journalist, Amal Abdel-Malik, confirmed that this communication between the past and the present creates the future, which requires communication, and that this communication is achieved by Darb Al-Saai activities during the National Day, through which the current generation learns about the legacy of the ancients, and through this legacy the future is made.
