As part of the events to enhance the cultural diversity of the communities, the Ministry of Culture presented artistic performances to the Egyptian community, which included a diverse program that included a number of folkloric and modern songs presented by a choir from the children of the Egyptian Language School and an art exhibition that included a number of pictures and paintings that represent the Egyptian culture in its diversity as well as models and some artifacts which embody the cultural heritage of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The rich and varied program for the Egyptian community began at 4:00 p.m. and continued until 9:00 p.m. in the presence of a large number of the Egyptian community residing in Doha and the general public in the Al-Sulaiti House located in the old Al-Hitmi area, which hosts these events until the next December 15, where each community presents, on its designated day, the products of its cultural heritage of arts and literature, a display of traditional costumes, folk songs and handicraft products.
