His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Al-Manfi, President of the Presidential Council of the sisterly State of Libya, arrived yesterday evening in Doha, to attend the opening of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021.
His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were received upon their arrival at Doha International Airport by Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Hamad Al Thani, Minister of Culture.
