The Qatari Forum for Authors held the 18th forum of the “Marqat Qatar for Speech,” in Doha event, the capital of culture of the Islamic world, 2021.

The forum presented the session, which was held recently in conjunction with the blessed Eid al-Adha, and the gradual return to normal life in Qatar and the world through his YouTube channel.

The episode was about how to express feelings of joy and social values in speeches. It hosted a number of speech professionals to talk about these feelings, how to employ them in speech and rhetoric, inspired by the blessed Eid al-Adha and the joy and happiness that it brought to everyone.

Dr. Ismail al-Kubaisi, a professor at Qatar University, said: The occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha demonstrated that people should rejoice in goodness, and This has been demonstrated by the exchange of congratulations, visits, meetings and strengthening ties among all, and This is the aim of the Islamic message, which is to achieve social cohesion. ”

Dr. Ahmed Al-Janabbi, the linguist and supervisor of the “Marqat Qatar for Speech” Initiative, promised to study the proposal to allocate a practical part of the episode for humorous sermons, after consulting the matter and discussing it with the members of “Marqat Qatar”.

Sheikh Shaqr Al-Shahwani, one of the arbitrators of the “Marqat Qatar for Speech”, began his speech by saying that Anas, may God be pleased with him, said that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, when he entered Medina, everything lit up, “This is a sign of cheerfulness, and that everything was lit by the entry of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to Medina.

He pointed that “ we have plenty of times in which we feel joy and happiness, such as the two Eid days, when our children graduate and finish their studies, and much more, these are all moments and times of joy, pleasure and happiness, we can also include the connections between relatives and using good words, with which a person comforts his brothers.”
