Today, Yara Al-Sheikh, a guest of the “A Writer and A Book” session, will talk about her publication “Raising a Child- Steps to the Future”, which focuses on the period between the foetus in its mother’s womb until the end of childhood. The book introduces ways to prevent childhood problems and how a child would grow psychologically, physically and mentally sound. The “A Writer and A Book” sessions aim to support writers and authors and work to shed light on their books, nurture literary talents and work to hone their capabilities and develop them, and to stimulate the cultural movement. These cultural and intellectual activities come to achieve the goals of the Ministry of Culture in caring for authors, highlighting their creativity, and strengthening the relationship between the authors and coordination between them, which contributes to supporting cultural, intellectual and creative mobility in the Qatari arena.
