The conclusion of the third Qatar Youth Forum witnessed the announcement of the winners of the “Challenging Ideas” competition, in the field of training and education of entrepreneurs, namely: Ahmed Mohammed Khamis, Mohammed Abdullah Al-Muhandi and Faisal Muhammad Abdul Hamid.
As for the winners in the operational field, they are: Al-Dana Youssef Ahmed, Fatima Barghash Al-Nuaimi and Lulua Ma’ashi Al-Reweili.
The winners in the social field are: Iman Al-Sayed Sadiq, Rafaa Zaben Al-Dossari, Sarah Ibrahim Al-Dhimi, Nouf Hassan Al-Mutawa and Ibtisam Rashid Al-Alawi.
As for the winners in the humanitarian field, they are: Abdullah Othman Abdullah, Izzul-Din Muhammad Saeed, Fatima Muhammad Al-Karbi and Noura Hamad Al-Karbi.
This event, in which several entities in the country participated and continued for three days, aimed at strengthening the role of Qatari youth of trainers and facilitators, as 21 of them managed to facilitate the setup of workshops for the participating teams, who were trained and developed through a program specialized in Design Thinking, to enable them in the future in this field.
The program witnessed a remarkable turnout of young people, as the number of those registered till its conclusion exceeded 200, from among whom 80 were chosen to compete to solve the challenges presented by the participating bodies, namely: Qatar Development Bank, Qatar Railways Company “Rail”, “Qatar Charity” and the Centre for Protection and Social Rehabilitation “AMAN”.
